This means children who still rely on you for support, whether or not they live with you. Some routes change depending on your answer, and on whether those children would move with you. We only record which option you choose; we collect nothing at all about any child.

Add each relative who lives there and the status they hold.

Add every visa or permit you have held in these countries, past or current.

Add each qualification you have completed, plus anything you are studying now. If you studied in one of the countries you chose, include it: it can affect which programs you qualify for.

Add every paid job you have held, including part-time roles and jobs from years ago: which ones count depends on the country.

Some jobs in New Zealand can only be done by people registered with an official body, for example nurses, teachers, electricians and plumbers. If you already hold one of these, choose it from the list, which is grouped by the body that grants it. Only the registrations Immigration New Zealand awards points for appear here, and a trainee, intern, provisional or limited registration does not count unless the list names it.
