Paying unlocks the full report for the questionnaire you have already completed. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to fetch out of an email first: the moment your payment is confirmed, the page you are on becomes the full report, and you can read it straight away.
It is yours to open again later. Your report has its own web address, and you can also save it to an account so that you do not have to keep track of the link. Saving your report explains how that works and what an account changes.
The price is shown before you pay, and it depends on how many countries you asked us to cover. Our pricing page shows the current amount.
Most people pay by card, and a card payment confirms in seconds. Some other payment methods work differently: you authorise the payment, and then the money clears over a period set by your bank or by the method itself, not by us.
While that is happening, your report page tells you the payment is on its way. You do not need to do anything, and you should never pay a second time. When the money arrives, the page unlocks itself. If you closed the tab in the meantime, open your report link again and it will show you where things stand.
If a payment fails, or you close the checkout without finishing it, no money is taken. Nothing is charged and nothing is lost: your answers are still there, and you can start the payment again from your report page whenever you are ready.
If your bank declined the payment, the reason for that sits with your bank rather than with us, and they are the right people to ask.
The full report is delivered to you the instant you have paid for it, so sales are final. That is the ordinary position for digital content you can read immediately.
There is one exception, and we mean it seriously. If you believe your report contains a factual inaccuracy, for example a requirement judged against the wrong rule, write to us with the details. We check it, and if we confirm the inaccuracy we refund that report.
A later change to an immigration rule is not an inaccuracy. Your report describes the rules as they stood on the date printed on it, and governments change those rules regularly, which is exactly why that date is there.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a right of withdrawal. How it applies to content that is delivered immediately is set out in our Terms, together with the full wording of everything summarised in this section. Where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms are the ones that count.
