Report
A qualification earned outside Canada no longer rules out a likely result
Nobody educated outside Canada could read “likely eligible” for a program needing an Educational Credential Assessment. The report now assumes one at the level you told us, and says so.
Many Canadian programs ask for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA): a report from an approved organization saying what a qualification earned outside Canada is worth in Canada. Our questionnaire does not ask whether you have one, and the report counted that as a no, so nobody educated abroad could read “likely eligible” for those programs. The report now assumes you can get an ECA at the level you told us, says so as an assumption to check, and keeps the step telling you to get one.
