The link is the key

Your results live at a long, unguessable address. Anyone who has that address can open the results, so treat it the way you would treat a link to a private document, and save it somewhere only you can reach.

How long results are kept

A report is kept for 12 hours from the moment you submit the questionnaire. Confirm your email and it never expires.

Saving your results to an account

1. Enter your email address on your results page and we send you a one-time code.
2. Type the code back in. There is no password to choose and none is stored.
3. Your results are then attached to that email address, and signing in with it later brings them back on any device.

Save your progress and finish later

You do not have to finish the questionnaire in one sitting. Your answers are kept in your browser as you go, so closing the tab and coming back later in the same browser picks up where you left off.

To carry on from another device, choose Pause and finish later inside the questionnaire. You sign in with a one-time email code, the answers you have given so far are kept with your account, and when you come back signed in your account offers to continue at the step you stopped on.

Once you submit the questionnaire, the copy in your browser is removed. Your account keeps the answers your reports were built from, so a new questionnaire starts from them.
