A 2026 category for physicians who already have work experience in Canada.
At least 12 months of full-time work experience, or the same amount part-time, within the last 3 years, gained in Canada as a physician in an occupation the category lists, on top of qualifying for one of the three Express Entry programs. The months need not be continuous. The occupation list is set by each round’s ministerial instructions, linked below.

Each point is one Physicians round, placed by its date, and its height is the lowest score invited in that round. Over the last 24 months there were 3 rounds, with cutoffs from 169 to 223.
